"Blending together the unique spirits of two folk singers, a funky bassist, and a jazz-rooted drummer, our music uplifts the heart, awakens the spirit, and makes the body groove."
If you haven't caught the wave of indie folk just yet, you may want to now. I mean just look at these guys, can you be more chill? When some people hear the term folk, they get turned off. People tend to turn away more often than not because of the misconception of what folk actually is. Yes, there might be a banjo, but I promise not all the time. If any one has the power to change your taste in folk music, it's these guys. Earth Radio has such a bright future ahead of themselves with the sound of indie-folk, I wouldn't be surprised if they're touring music festivals very soon. Not to mention, they've been making a name for themselves within the heart of Delaware, performing at venues like 1984, The Queen on Market Street, and Dogfish Head Brewery Pub in Rehoboth Beach.

Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Earth Radio Band put simply is a high-energy, USDA certified organic, grass-fed, cage-free, Delaware-bred, supersonic folk-rock band. Their inspiration comes from The Shins...how could you not like these guys. Led by Joanna Osborne in charge of vocals, Dan Lord takes percussion and drums, Jay Jolly on bass guitar and finally, they're backed by Jani Duerr again on vocals and guitar. The four just recently released an EP in 2018, showing off their talents and variety of sounds, which you can preview above. The dynamic duo of Joanna and Jani's vocals balances out in each note, putting you at ease. The best part is the band gives off a "listen if you want, don't listen if you want" vibe. They just genuinely enjoy what they do, as you can see in their videos or live on stage. Full of smiles, optimism, heart and soul, Earth Radio Band truly does awaken the heart, and Delaware is blessed to be their home.
