BAYNK is definitely on the rise and someone who will soon be all over the radio. Otherwise known as Jock Nowell-Usticke, has made such an amazing come up since being a chemical engineering graduate. He opened for MATOMA and has peformed at various festivals thus far into his early career. He started in a bedroom, like most other producers nowadays, but unlike most other producers he has become such a successful internet sensation in only a matter of two years. His sound is usually bass driven and a step above lo-fi, often incorporating summer beach sounds to put the listener on the sand of New Zealand, where he is originally from.
Baynk will soon be bringing his energetic, live instrumental show to many different countries around the world. From the United States, Australia, Indonesia, to New Zeland, Baynk will be touring and showcasing his electronic music to local fans. The young artist will also be donating $1 from every ticket of his tour sold to the Christchurch Mayoral Fund - Our People, Our City, to go to the victims and families impacted by the tragic Christchurch shootings on March 15th. In only two years, Baynk has built a large fan base, and has recently been confirmed to perform at this year's Lollapalooza, Coachella, and Electric Forest Festivals.
