WHEN THE TOUR SELLS OUT, WHERE DO WE GO?

Firefly, duh

It’s not even worth mentioning that Billie will be the youngest artist to headline Firefly. She just became the youngest, and second artist in history, to win a Grammy in all four of the major categories. The US tour for her debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go is currently sold-out for every date except for her Firefly appearance ( for now).
Raised in Highland Park, on the northeast side of Los Angeles, Billie and her brother Finneas were homeschooled. Her musical career began accidently in 2016, when her dance teacher asked if she or her brother could write a song with choreography. Finneas already had the song “ocean eyes” written for his band but, thought it sounded even better sung by his sister. After the song was recorded, hype was generated within 24 hours of it’s release on Soundcloud.
Their parents, who were once actors/musicians, now get paid to go with their kids on tour. Her brother Finneas now performs with her live and also writes, produces and sings background with Billie. He also is no stranger to acting having been on Modern Family, Glee, and in the film Bad Teacher.
The eighteen year old star is hard to miss with her anti-pop look. Usually having neon colored hair more times than not. She also is known for wearing baggy clothing, but you can’t say for one second she doesn’t have style. The dark imagery surrounding her music only fits her sound from time to time.  The 6 top 40 hits on her record all sound like they could be coming from different artists. Dark intense pop songs are one track away from soft piano ballads leaving fans constantly wondering what Billie will try next. From her 3 Vanity Fair interviews in 3 years, you’ll notice Billie’s look, music, and perspective on life and fame are constantly changing. She is charismatic, energetic, and only at the start of her career. All of America is waiting to see what comes next.

First State Studios Top 3 Songs We Hope To See Performed At Firefly

1. bury a friend
The director also directed The Conjuring 3 (coming soon). Style wise this song best fits her creepy imagery.

2. you should see me in a crown
This is going to be a festival favorite for it's transitions from slow segments into the bass heavy chorus.

3. ocean eyes
The song that started it all is still usually a part of Billie's setlist!
