Pom-Pom Pig Tails on Tobi Lou

Click here to listen to the episode of The Dot music podcast Tobi Lou was featured on...
With "pom-pom" pigtails, Tobi Lou considers himself to be a "bad bi**h." Smooth vocals, dumpin' bass, and accenting the use of triplets, Tobi Lou is on the road to be the next best rapper. His songs are easy to get hooked on, the hooks are catchy, easy to relate to, and make you appreciate your self.
Gaining his fame out of Chicago, Illinois, Tobi Lou is a rapper, singer songwriter, and self-producer. He was first initiated into the rap scene in 2015 with his song "Game Ova".

What you may not realize is, Tobi Lou initially had been pursuing a career in professional baseball until his injuries led him back home and eventually to Los Angeles, California. During his stay in LA, Lou was able to develop his own sound which we described earlier. Alongside other aspiring musicians, he was able to progress in his music career as well as directing visual components to go along with his music.

As he moves into more compelling content, such as animations and highly imaginative music videos, we're certain Tobi Lou will be making headlines in the near future.

Kyle Sobieski is a digital content producer and founder of First State Studios. With a background in music and songwriting under the pseudonym Pierce Frolic, Kyle personally knows the amount of work and determination that goes into becoming an artist of any medium. Towards the end of high school, Kyle realized the lack of support in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware for the arts and underground talents. So he began digging deeper into the lives of local artists, and thus, First State Studios was born. Sobieski has a diverse musical palette and loves nothing more in life than seeing people who are passionate and courageous with what they do. "It's these people who make the world a more colorful, intimate place for everybody."
