The synth pop band machineheart, was formed in Washington state by a group of friends and is fronted by singer/model Stevie Scott. The band originally created buzz with their covers of popular songs by The 1975 and Katy Perry. They even contributed to the soundtrack for the MTVâs Scream series. Their debut full length album, People Change, was released earlier this month via Billboard and features the singles, âDo You Loveâ and âAltarâ. Lyrically these songs are not only catchy, but also extremely thought provoking, they recently posted, âWe wrote Altar as a very rudimentary, guttural response to inward despair. But we found that even in deep tragedy, there is still beauty to be found.â You can currently catch machineheart on their US tour with You Me At Six and Dreamers.
Machineheart can tell a story with substance and significance in a way where it sounds so simple in songs like "Stone Cold". Their versatility and undeniable talent make it clear that they are the real deal.
