Some may say traveling alone seems scary, well William Phillips better known as Tourist, can beg to differ. Although I'm sure he's not seen as a tourist anymore as he's now touring the world, Phillips is a solo DJ born and raised in London. Laying a little more low key than Sam Smith at the time, he actually won the Grammy for Song of the Year co-writing "Stay With Me". Along with "Stay With Me" he's written many other songs, including Jessie Ware's Pieces and Dillon Francis's Anywhere. Referring back to another artist we've highlighted in this very episode, Tourist took the pleasure of remixing Sharon Van Etten's We Are Fine. Small world. Although it may not be hardcore, the laid back track We Stayed Up All Night, will still set the scene for you and all your friends to have an unforgettable night. Well, that is if you don't submerge yourself in too much booze amidst all the colorful lights and other clubbers. Catch Tourist on tour...oh wow.
