Originally from Nevada, Surf Curse is an indie surf rock band that started in 2013. The group consists of Jacob Rubeck (guitarist) and Nick Rattigan (drummer and lead vocalist). Since they started, they've released two full-length albums and one extended play. They currently reside in Los Angeles and have really made their mark on the local DIY punk scene. Low Island is the best of all worlds. They are a great medium between club music and indie, and formed no more than a year ago. The group consists of Carlos Posada, Felix Higginbottom, Jamie Jay, and Jacob Lively. Lively, Higginbottom, and Posada all met in primary school and eventually met Jay in their early teens. Due to their combined musical past, whether it was night club DJ'ing, failed indie bands, festivals, etc., their music resembles everything they enjoy. ...CONTINUE READING

Autograf is a trio that includes two art students and a derivatives trader. Jake Carpenter, Louis Kha, and Mikul Wing join together to make some of the most unique electronic music there is. Back in 2015 when edm was at an all time high, they decided to remix some popular artists like Lorde and Pharell. Their debut EP came in 2016, titled Future Soup, which is a spot on name. Their futuristic sounds and interesting art installations at shows make them unlike no other. Since then, Autograf has mostly been releasing single after single, but recently in 2019 they released another EP titled Love & Retrograde and if you are a fan of futuristic electronic dance music, do yourself a favor and listen to it from start to finish ASAP.
