Millennials are sometimes seen as nontraditional and difficult to understand, which could very well be true, but millennials should not be dispirited for these tendencies. With the help of some prolific speakers, the Millennial Summit has displayed that most millennials have quite a positive outlook on the world, even if they are nontraditional. Not to mention, they are laying down a bright path for Generation Z, as well as future generations to come, to follow on their way to success.

Millennials have been thrown in the deep end to learn how to swim… literally and figuratively, I’m sure. Whether someone is a first-generation college student first-generation immigrant, or entrepreneur, independence and learning from experience seems to be a common quality amongst this generation.
