Brief Description: Kevin Pouya is an american rapper from Miami, Florida. He began rapping seriously in 2011 after dropping out of high school. He had to bus tables at a local restaurant to stay afloat for a year until he was able to quit. Eventually he met Fat Nick and created the "Buffet Boys" which would later become their record label. Pouya's first hit was "Get Buck" back in 2013 and since then it's been all success. In 2019 he released his 3rd studio album: The South Got Something To Say, with huge features such as Juicy J and Ghostemane.  Staying true to his Floridian roots, his rap style is as energetic as it can get. Working with artists such as the SuicideBoys, Germ, Denzel Curry, it's obvious Pouya is all about the energy. â€‹

His live shows are almost exactly what you'd expect. His songs are hard hitting and full of bass that will make it impossible for you to stand still. If you're planning on seeing him live after listening to his music, don't be shocked if you get lumped into a mosh pit here or there. That's what it's all about though, the energy. Pouya's fast rapping mixed with his dark production will set the tone for the show, and you can guarantee he'll bring out a couple friends of his while he's at it. If that kinda show is what you're into, you can buy tickets to his show on August 12th here.
Here are some reviews from his previous live shows:
"The brand of hip-hop that Pouya and his friends create couldn't lend itself more to a college town party setting. Their rhymes are delivered in a rapid-fire fashion, the beats all feature thunderous 808's and skittering hi-hats, and nearly every song includes an easy "3-2-1" countdown for when the crowd should lose their shit." - shuttlecockmusic.com

"Pouya was absolutely incredible. The concert went from 5:30-10pm and he came out on stage around 8:20pm after the smaller acts performed. The whole concert was high energy and Pouya definitely knows how to engage with a crazy mosh pit. I was extremely happy that he performed not only his new album but his old stuff as well. His performance was great and in real life he sounds exactly how he does on his tracks. I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys underground rap and mosh pits." - hannahlarsen @ songkick.com

"This was definitely the best concert I’ve been to. Pouya was an gave the most amazing performance along with everybody else. The crowd was raging and made the experience even better" - noelle-tanahuvia @ songkick.com
