Wing Chun is a style of Kung Fu that was developed approximately 300 years ago. We convinced Greg, a Sifu (instructor) of Wing Chun to give us a basic lesson in the history concepts of this fighting style. Greg also makes music and we discussed how to not die in a wall of death at a heavy metal concert.
